Merae Kayrouz’s teaching holds the structure and discipline of classical Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga. The practice is strong and challenging, yet each posture is broken down into simple steps to allow anyone to be able to learn to enter into a posture. In boutique class sizes, Merae’s yoga strives to instil mindfulness into her teaching methodologies, so that students learn conscious movement, both on and off the mat. 

Expect in these classes to build a lot of strength, gain flexibility and leave feeling lighter than when you first walked the room. The aim of this practice is to enter into a moving meditation, eventually gliding from pose to pose with effortless ease.

Classes all end with guided meditation, to find the stillness in your mind and to take you into the depths of your being.


Merae Kayrouz has now transitioned to yoga privates/small group class bookings. 

Once to twice a month, all students come together to share an Intermediate level yoga practice, using all that they've learnt and studied in privates to enjoy a more advanced level class with other students. 

Twice monthly classes are offered on the below times/days. 

Wednesday   7:15 pm - 8:30pm - Intermediate Class 1 

Thursday       7:30 pm - 8:30pm - Intermediate Class 2 



NB: Intermediate 2 class requires a minimum of 6 months previous yoga experience
